Refund policy

At Navera, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy makes it easy to send items back.

Overview

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
  • For defective, damaged or incorrect products, Navera covers the return shipping cost. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

How to Return Your Item

Include your order reference number (beginning with DUN) inside the package so we can process your return quickly.

All orders and returns are fulfilled through our logistics partner in Crewe, UK.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@navera.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to start the returns process.

  • When reporting a damaged item, include a clear photo of the damage in your email.
  • Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
